Optimaker, a high yield XYZ glass optimisation programme can fully integrate with Windowmaker. You simply define parameters for glass tables, glass types, stock sizes, quantity in stock, and whether single- and double-glazed sheets are mixed or separated. Optimaker then goes to work and produces a plan of cutting instructions. This can be linked straight into a Glass Cutting Table for maximum efficiency.
