Overview
A facility to simultaneously apply changes to all or selected sales lines of chosen sales order(s).

  • Saves time by using global changes to check for impact, and saves money by choosing the best combination of options.
  • Gains ability to conduct 'what-if' scenarios for various parameters e.g. discounts for large commercial contracts.

Features
  • You can simultaneously apply Global Changes to:
    • All sales lines of the selected sales orders during batch processing
    • All or selected sales lines of a sales order from the Global Changes display option in Sales lines page
  • The program allows Global Changes for:
    • Design sales lines
    • Non-design sales lines, for applicable fields like prices, discounts, mark-ups, etc.
    • Product sales lines
  • The program allows changes to one or more of the following:
    • System
    • Glazing (main glazing including patterns, if any)
    • Options
    • Sales Line Price
    • Sales Line Discount
    • Extras
    • Sales Line Reference
    • Sales Order Discount
    • Sales Order Mark-up %
  • You can:
    • Apply Global Changes to sales lines for a sales order at status less than 'Ordered'
    • Change Options for a sales order at status greater than or equal to 'Ordered'
  • The program can automatically:
    • Re-calculate the list price for the changed sales lines
    • Process duplicate sales lines if any, along with the originals
Note
  • Global Changes cannot be applied to a sales order once it is scheduled.
