Pricing
Windowmaker's comprehensive pricing facilities cater for the widest possible range of individual requirements regardless of whether you are dealing with residential, trade or commercial contracts.
There are two distinct aspects to pricing - the application of pricing policy and the generation of prices.
Windowmaker is designed to handle pricing either on a quotation (or cost-plus) basis or via Matrices. The quotation method combines the accuracy of the costing facility with a very flexible approach to mark-ups.
Pricing via Matrices provides a basic price for a design, automatically including those 'extras' (such as cills and key locks) which have been selected. The sophistication of the software is such that it will allow even a non-standard or coupled design to be priced from multiple standard price matrices.

The program can also generate price lists by automatically calculating the prices on a 'cost-plus' basis.
