Remakes
All types of remakes can now be handled easily and efficiently. This includes both internal remakes for mistakes, damages & errors that happen during the manufacturing process as well as replacement orders to deal with product issues following manufacturing and/or installation.
• The reason for the remake can be logged for future analysis purposes
• Only the relevant sub-assembly (e.g. sash) or sub-components to be remade/replaced can be easily selected from the total Bill of Materials (BOM)
• The price can be automatically calculated or overridden manually (e.g. zero for warranty claims)
• A remake order is automatically generated for the selected subassemblies and/or sub-components and processed.
